He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hower and Ann Hower; and his brother Dan Hower (Lucy). He is survived by: his children, Peggy Hower-Day (Ronn), Heidi Hower, Robert Hower Jr., Marybeth Trotter (Mike) and Mark Hower; and his grandchildren, Bryan Trotter, Casey Trotter and Elizabeth Day.
