He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Livingston and Nancy Anders Livingston; and his nephew Brian Husarchik. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Jacobs Livingston; his children, Jennifer Livingston Rojer (Stanley) of Minneapolis and R. Jeffrey Livingston (Lori) of Murrysville, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Emily Rojer Hurley (Drew), Jacob Rojer (Jenny), Madeline Rojer (Nathan), Christina Livingston and Katherine Livingston; his great grandchild Lewis Rojer Hurley; and his siblings, Nancy Magera, Janet Scott, Barbara Husarchik and Charles Livingston (Debbie).
