He is survived by: his brother Howard of Ligonier, PA.; his children, Rick West (Jeneane) of Marysville, TN, Gary West (Laurie) of Estero, FL, Scott West (Chris) of Spring, TX, Ron West (Judy) of Birmingham, AL, Dale West (Lisa) of Murrysville, PA, Brad West (Rebecca) of Edgar, WI. and Janet Grzesiak (Gary) of Bonita Springs, FL.; and his wife Ann M. West.
