He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley P. Prucnal and Jennie M. Prucnal (Golec) of Johnstown; his wife Patricia Prucnal; and his daughters, Jean Marie Prucnal and Mary Elizabeth Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Margaret "Margie" Starr (John), Paul John "Jay" Prucnal Jr. (Sandra) and Mark Douglas Prucnal (Kelli); his sibling Pricilla M Harrington (Thomas) of Luray, VA; and his nieces, Patty Reik (San), Donna German (Fred) of Sidney, VA and Sharon Blisick of Powhatan, VA..
