She is survived by: her husband James Costa; her in-laws, Tony Costa (Linda), Ron Costa, Beverly Ohrman (late Jim) and Dale Costa (Cyndi); her close friend Dee Bullock; and her nephew Josh Sr. Ohrman (Claudia). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
