He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Jean Flanagan, Joseph and Catherine Berkley. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Berkley and Patricia Berkley (Flanagan); his aunts, Sharon Flanagan, Darlene Hurney and Patricia Ott; and his uncle Bryan Flanagan.
