He was predeceased by: his son Adam Thomas Lipay. He is survived by: his wife Julia Lipay; and his children, Joshua Lipay and Amanda Lipay.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jobe Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (Monroeville/Plum Chapel) (445 Beatty Rd, Monroeville, PA 15146). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Church of the Resurrection (445 Center Rd, Monroeville, PA 15146).
