He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Kleya and Helen Przybyla Kleya. He is survived by: his wife Honi Mendlowitz Kleya; his children, Sydney Allenberg of Monroeville, Jacob Kleya of Monroeville and Nathan Kleya (Rebecca) of McMurray; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Murphy (Kenneth) of Russellton and Janice Skica (David) of Bear, DE.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
