He was predeceased by: his parents, John Costa and Margeret Costa (Camerota); and his wife Marian "Tammy" Costa (Valenza). He is survived by: his sons, John (Julie) and Anthony (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jessica, John and Isabella; his sisters-in-law, Dolores Lucas (Ron) and Linda Bennett, Sr. (Wayne); and his nieces and nephews, Josh Lucas (Maxx Mock), Wayne Bennett, Jr. (Heather), Amanda Meaner, Dominic, Logan and Kenzie.
