She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Cappelli (David), Linda Quinn (Michael) and Donna Bohanan (Michael); her stepchildren, Vicki Russin Collins (Earl), Danny Mayak (Sandy), Jennifer Mayak, Rudy Mayak (Chris) and Mary Beth Null (Greg); her grandchildren, Adam, Marisa, Michael, Stephanie, Emily, Lauren, Morgan of Marcy, PJ, Danny, Jon, Steven, Ben, Matt, Andrea, Jaclyn, Megan and Amanda; and her siblings, Carol Simek, Jan Blawas, Joe O'Neal and Rick O'Neal. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
