He was predeceased by: his son Andrew Duggan. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. (Burk); his children, David (Angela), Robert (Kelsey), Emily Wagner (Thomas) and Brian; his grandchildren, Jackson, Lena and Eli; his sister Bonnie Blake (Willy); and his family Forbes Hospital.
