With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Edmond Potts of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Bergman Potts; and his siblings, Dean Potts and Nancy P. Hutton. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his children, Marcia Smith (Richard), Jeffrey Potts (Terry), Melinda Geiger (Fred), Jonathan Potts (Maggi), Jayme Cherry (John) and Beth Gregg (Brian); and his grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Stephen Smith (Kayla), Jason Potts, Ryan Potts (Lauren), Brandon Potts (Grace), Lucy Potts, Ian Potts, Molly Potts, John Cherry, Jacqueline Cherry, James Cherry, Josephine Cherry, Ella Gregg, Ethan Gregg and Emerson Gregg. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Monroeville United Methodist Church.
