He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeanne Duke (Joseph), Sheila Riberich (Bob), Dennis (Lynne) and Keith "Kippy"; and his parents, Henry O'Grady and Mary O'Grady (Jessell).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen (Nardozzi); his children, John (Kathleen), Kevin (Andrea), Brian (Tricia), Timothy, Colin and Erin Hammer (Keith); his siblings, Mary Pat Soltis (John), John (Claudia) and Timothy (Ray Garofalo); and his grandchildren, Megan, Lauren, Collin, Ryan, Ethan, Justin, Allison, Lisa, Joshua, Emme, Dominic, Alaina and Braeden Hammer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gene H. Corl Funeral Chapel Inc. (4335 Northern Pike, Monroeville, PA 15146). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Bernadette Church (245 Azalea Dr, Monroeville, PA 15146). A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (733 Patton St, Monroeville, PA 15146).
