He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. McLaughlin and Clara McLaughlin (Kappler); and his siblings, James McLaughlin (Mercedes), Paul McLaughlin (Lida), Thomas McLaughlin and Sis Bennett (Ollie).
He is survived by: his wife Carole L. McLaughlin (Nolder); his daughters, Debbie Demek (Dave), Cindy Black (Bill) and Sherrie Lee (Bob); his grandchildren, Daniel Kostrub (Ashley), Robert Lee (Caty) and Marcy Smith (Tim); his great grandchildren, Brady Kostrub, Collin Kostrub, Ethan Smith and Harrison Lee; his brother Ronald McLaughlin (late Jane); and his sister-in-law Carol McLaughlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
