She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. O'Neill and Lois O'Neill; and her former husband Robert Ankeny. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Paul Hoolahan, Jr.; her caregiver Mammy; her children, Debbie Hoffner (Steve), Michael Ankeny (Bev), Colleen Hall (Eric) and Lauren Hoffner (Patrick); her grandchildren, Ashley Provance (Bryan), Patrick McIntyre, Andrew Hoffner, Braden Hall, Tatum Hoffner, Avery Hall and Miles Hoffner; her great grandchild Zoe Provance; her brother James J. O'Neill Jr. (Rosemary); and her friend Barbara Dusch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cherished friends and family.
