It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Fails of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wallace and Edyth Wallace; her brother Jack; and her husband Donald Jackson Fails. She is survived by: her sister Peggy Wallace; her children, Harry (Dian), Jimmy Fails (late Maddie) and Dona Galia (Marty); her grandchildren, Shannon Burkette (Mike), Colleen Fails, Olivia, Bennett Galia and Maria Houston (TJ); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Vogel, Makenzie, Haley Henning and Mikey Burkette. She is also survived by her brother and nieces, and nephews in Waukegan and her brother-in-law and nieces and nephews.
