He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Peter and Alice Peter (Huber); his significant other Greg Tulley; and his brother John Huber. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard "Richey" Peter (Renee), Shirley Cunningham, Lela Morrow, William Morrow (Stacey), Benjamin Peters (Karen), Bob Peters, Veronica Hudak, Alan Peters (Rita) and Alvin Peters (Denise); and his caregiver Stephanie Boyd Mont. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to David's family.
