With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire R. Sachnoff of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Claire departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Claire. Though Claire may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Dr. Howard Rubenstein and James Rubenstein; and her parents, Dr. Robert Rubenstein and Stella Rubenstein. She is survived by: her significant other Bill Jones; her daughters, Wendy Anderson (Christopher) and Amy Maricondi (Louis); and her grandsons, Robert Anderson, Louis Maricondi (Diandra) and Nicholas Maricondi (Lexi).
