He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. Farkus (Barozzini); his children, Lori A. Meyne of Raleigh, NC, Bernard T. Farkus (Cynthia) of Lenox, MA and Sharon L. Gustafson (Jay) of Valparaiso, IN; his grandchildren, Taylor, John, Mackenzie, Madeline, Connor and Harris; his sisters, Barbara J. Cogley (Floyd) and Carol A. Vargo; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Hudson, Emerson and Madison.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to The Arbor Day Foundation.
