She was predeceased by: her parents, Menas Moutafis and Aggeliki Moutafis (Koutsoudis); and her brothers, Vasilis and Zannis Moutafis. She is survived by: her children, Stavros Zannikos of Export, Menas Zannikos (Beth) of Murrysville and Angela Byrnes (Mike) of Murrysville; her siblings, Maria Skapinakis, Stelios Moutafis, Nikki Tripolitis and George Moutafis; and her significant other Lefty. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
