He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Lorraine (Andress) and Roland David Van Horn. He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Van Horn (Taylor); his children, Matthew Taylor and Jessica (Antonio Roman Munguia); his grandchild Elliana; his son Joshua Van; the mother of his children Kay Van Horn (Hirleman); his siblings, Sharon and David Van Horn (Colleen); his sister-in-law Tiffany Andrews; his nephew Liam; and his niece Lily Andrews. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
