He is survived by: his mother Anne Pawlak Elchak; his siblings, Denise Elchak Widener and Terrence; his sister-in-law Roberta Elchak; his nephews, Benjamin Widener (Kelly), Jonathan Widener (Sarah) and Andrew Widener (Sandy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Connor, Addison, Riley and Samuel; and his aunt Dolores Mattichak of Hickory, NC.
