He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Monahan (Kevin) and Tim Johnson (Laurie); his granddaughters, Jenny Jae Cory of Brian Cory, T. J and Amanda Shepard; and his siblings, Leona Dunn, Shirley Cooper and Bobby Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
