She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Muffley and Ruth G. Muffley (Allen); her former husband Max Schrader; her husband Guy E. Worthington; her sons, William C. Schrader and George E. Schrader; and her siblings, William Muffley, Allen Muffley and Shirley Muffley Gilbert.
She is survived by: her son Richard Schrader (William Adams); and her stepchildren, Ellen Worthington and John Worthington. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
