She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Frazier and Lillie Frazier; her husband Alfred F. Izzo; and her siblings, Raymond James Frazier, Lindsey Frazier Jr., Rae Margaret Kazmarek, Dorothy Freeman, Genova Goodwin and Rosemary Shallenberger.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Izzo, Edward Izzo (Laurie) of Rostraver, Lorraine Kapolka (Dennis) of Rostraver, Mary Louise Izzo (Stephen) of Harrisburg, Janice Williams (Durk) of North Charleroi and Dorothy Martinelli of Monongahela; and her brother Patrick Frazier of Connellsville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
