He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Starinsky and Anna Hanzel Starinsky. He is survived by: his daughter Paula; his son-in-law Timothy Kennedy of Harrisburg; his granddaughter Brooke Kennedy; and his siblings, Geri Hillhouse (Dave) and Ed Starinsky.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Cokeburg Presbyterian Church or the Washington County Humane Society.
