With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Phillips of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zerby Phillips and Elaine Wade Phillips. He is survived by: his cousins, Mark Wollenberg (Jaci) of Reno, Reverends Robert and Jean Wollenberg of Decatur, Illinois.; and also, Margaret Medva of Beaver, PA, JoEtta McLaughlin of Beaver, PA, Edwards McLaughlin of Beaver, PA, Susan Brown of Beaver, PA, Lynn Smith of Pittsburgh and Ellen Ardery of Lorton, VA..
Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be no public viewing and a family memorial service will be held at a later date.
