He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Muntan and Mary Komar Muntan; his son Edward Forsberg; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Franks of April Roberts, Charles Muntan, Sr. and James Muntan.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Murphy Muntan; his children, Craig Forsberg (Doris) of Monongahela, William A. Muntan, Jr. (Kyra) of Stockdale and Michelle Faiello (Vincent) of Liberty Borough; his grandchildren, Ryan Edward, Austin Jeremy Forsberg, William Murphy and Victoria Rose Muntan; and his siblings, Charlotte Dickie of Cranberry, Barbara Muntan of Charleroi and Robert Muntan (Sharon) of Monongahela.
