He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef A. Brna and Teresa Brna (Ferenchik); his daughter Gwen Venanzi; his son-in-law Mark Stauffer; and his siblings, Joseph Brna (Helen), John Brna (Eilizabeth), Frank Brna (Irma), Michael Brna (Ann) and Mary Marciak (Charles).
He is survived by: his wife Lyn Brna (Sorensen); his children, Joe Brna of Monongahela, Resa Stauffer of Monongahela, Ruth Lewis (Mel) of West Newton and Mai Brna of Monongahela; his granddaughter Maggie Lehman; his daughters, Emily, Eilizabeth, Marissa Venanzi, Katie, Maggie Lewis and Jonnie McDuffie; his great grandchildren, Molly Petrell, Kailey and Aubrieana Lehman; and his son-in-law Randy Venanzi of Monongahela.
