He was predeceased by: his spouse Annabel Leach (Powers); and his siblings, John and Mary Leach. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Leach, Jr. (Georgetta) of North Huntingdon, Patrick (late Jane) of Penn Hills and Daniel Leach of Wilkinsburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
