He was predeceased by: his father Thomas C. Hamilton Sr.; his wife Vicki Hamilton (Sethman); his daughter Angela Marie Hamilton; his stepson Mark; and his brother-in-law Richard Buckingham.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Hamilton (Theodore "Nick" Necciai) of New Eagle; his girlfriend Renee Edwards of Monongahela; his sisters, Brenda Ray (Kyle Kartman) of South Park, Holly (Terry) and Andrick (Beth Hankle) of New Eagle; his sons, Alex and Austin; his stepbrother Tommy (Amanda Hamilton) of Fortlee, VA; and his stepdaughters, Michelle, Crystal and Saundra.
