He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Preston and Catherine Ann Caudill (Davis); his sons, Theodore Andrew Caudill (Annie) and Tim Caudill; and his siblings, Andrew Caudill (Mary Lou), Beulah Marsh (Bill), Gladys Kite (Orion), Eythe Kite (Dallas), Catherine Martino (Joe) and Barbara Bergman (Andrew).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann (Chiari); and his grandchildren, Julia Catherine Caudill, Hunter Thomas Caudill and Jonathan Robert Caudill.
