He is survived by: his sister Cindy Fabin of Uniontown; his nephews, Justin Fabin (Chrissy) of Rostraver, Josh Cialone (Michelle) of Masontown and Zack Cialone (Nicole) of Etna; his niece Amy Jo Cialone of Uniontown; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abigail Fabin, Xander, Sophia, Anthony and Leah Cialone; and his brother-in-law Tony Cialone.
