Laverick and Alice Mehrmann Laverick; his wife Eileen Streyle Laverick; his daughters, Kimberly Laverick of Elizabeth, Jamie Laverick of Charleston and Luann "Boo" Pildner (Dale) of Erie; his stepchildren, Donna Humberson of Florida, Daryl of Virginia and Donald Smichnick of Virginia; his siblings, Bob Laverick (Pat) of Elizabeth and Alice Bedsworth of Clairton; and his son Roy C. Laverick, Jr.. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three step grandchildren.
