He is survived by: his wife Diane Pergola Green; his sons, Rick Green (JoLayne) of Meadeville and Jason Green (Amy) of Belle Vernon; his grandchildren, Justin, Braden, Lydia and Gina Green; and his sister-in-law Carol Green.
