It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Moorby of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Gorby. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Tirpak Moorby; his son Zachary A. Moorby of Belle Vernon; his adoptive son Gauge Moorby; his granddaughter Krysandra Rusnak; his siblings, Lusi Wood of New Eagle, Regina Moorby of South Park, Michael Moorby of Connellsville and Bruce Moorby of Monongahela; his nephews, Kyle, Jacob Wood, Patrick and Phillip Moorby; and his close friend Don Grove of Monongahela.
