He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Buchko and Mary Simko Buchko; his wife Patricia Huntoon Buchko; his children, Leslie Hess (John) and Aaron Buchko of Monongahela; his grandchildren, Ali Hess, Adam Hess, Chloe Buchko and Emily Buchko; his sister Beverly Chromulak (Ron) of Monessen; and his brother-in-law Walter Huntoon of New Eagle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
