She was predeceased by: her mother Elisha Junior Baylis; and her brother-in-law William T. Milligan. She is survived by: her daughter Dezah A. Thomas of Donora; her father Frederick A. Joseph of Monroeville; her godchildren, Sierra Burton, Cynthia Turner, J. R. Turner, Ava O'Bryan and Giovanni Martin; her sister Shirley Milligan; her niece Laneisha Baylis; her nephew Jason Milligan of Paris, California.; and also, Kacen Bryant and Onyx.
