He is survived by: his significant other Amy Anthony (Coppi); his daughter Amanda Thompson (Adam) of Smithton; his granddaughter Addie Mae Thompson; his brothers, Louis Anthony (Donna McGrew) of New Eagle and Louis Pergola (Kristin) of Speers; his half-siblings, Bobby Anthony of West Virginia and Dorinda Espada of Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Coppi of Virginia, Larry Coppi of Monongahela and Kathy Telegraphis (Bob) of Monongahela; his uncles, Bert Cushey of Florida and Alex Withers (Butch) of Monongahela; his cousins, Brenda Cushey and Audrey Dorsen of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Adam and Alaina Telegraphis of Monongahela.
