He was predeceased by: his parents, John Prystash and Anna Prystash (Barna). He is survived by: his wife Ina Prystash (Burgoyne); his children, Rodney Ralph Prystash (Dianna) of Donora and Jacquelyn Rugh (Terry) of Carroll Township; and his grandsons, Steven Rugh, Timothy Rugh and Zachary Prystash.
