He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Pergola (Haluch); his sons, Ryan Pergola (Heidi) of Monongahela and Kevin Pergola (Nicole) of Tacoma, WA; his grandchildren, Delaney and Gianna; and his cousin Jeri Pianetti Williams.

In lieu of flowers Phil's family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Food Bank or the Mon Valley Youth and Teen Association.
