She was predeceased by: her parents, C. M. Worthington and Frances Roberts Worthington Davidson; and her husband Ronald Lee McDonald. She is survived by: her children, Tamela Peters (Todd) of Herndon, Virginia and Ronald Hayes McDonald of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Trevor, Sarah Peters and Lana Stewart; and her siblings, Joyce Leezer of Monongahela and Jim Worthington (Lory) of Belle Vernon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
