He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Batten and Anne Batten (Braunstein); his wife Renée Batten; and his nephew Jason Herman. He is survived by: his children, Craig Batten (Tami Batten) of Flemington, NJ and Heather Batten (Paul Adair) of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Ryan Cook Jr. (RJ), Devan Batten and Rylee Batten; his siblings-in-law, George "JoJo" and Kathy Herman of Monongahela; and his nephew Jeffrey Herman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Marshall Mara Funeral Home (216 Chess St, Monongahela, PA 15063).
