He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Stoy (Fred) and Pauline Stoy (Seman); his wife Mary Lou Stoy (McDonald); his children, David Stoy (Dawn) of Monessen, Howard Stoy of Delmont, Laurie Stoy of Monongahela and Maureen George (Brent) of Greensburg; his siblings, David Stoy (Susan) of Columbiana, OH and Helen Stoy of Gastonville; his grandchildren, Justin, Benjamin Stoy, Rebecca Vingas (Nick), Samantha and Jeffrey George; and his great grandchild Matthew Vingas.
