She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Chilzer and Barbara A. Maley Chilzer; her brothers, Dave C., Richard D. and John J. Chilzer; her brother-in-law Robert Adams; and her friend Amy D'Amico.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann Adams; her sister-in-law Terry Chilzer; her nieces and nephews, Shawna Griese (Tony), Elana Chilzer, Autumn Hultz (Justin), Jeremiah Chilzer (Camille) and Bobby Adams (Amanda); her great-nieces, Alexis Allen (Spencer), Jasmine Griese, Zoey Violet Chilzer, Julie and Emma Adams; her close friend George Watson; and her friends, Patsi Fantauzzi, Mary Ann Child and Angie Persichetti.
