She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey R. Putnak (Lisa) of Bentleyville and Lauren E. Bosanac (Mark) of Monongahela; her brother David R. Miller (Kathleen Carbone) of Monongahela; and her grandchildren, Eric Putnak, Lindsey Bosanac and Alex Hynek.
