She is survived by: her parent Mildred Lewellyn Crookham; her daughters, Vicki J. Lyons of McKeesport, Jeri S. King (Paul) of Monongahela, Penni Cooper (Michael) of Norton, OH and Donna Ames (Tracy) of Fallowfield Twp; her grandchildren, William King (Abbe) of Leander, TX, Ann King of Allenwood, PA and Zachary Ames of Fallowfield Twp; her great grandchildren, Alexander and Andrew King; her nieces, Linda Yohe (Davis) and Natalie Bowen (Craig); and her great-nieces, Allison, Christopher, Ashley and Brody. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
