He is survived by: his mother Nancy Wellman; his children, Michael Wellman of Ava, MO and Jennifer Hernandez of Ponder, TX; his siblings, Kerry Wellman of California, Kirk Wellman of Colorado and Kristie Tate (Mark); his grandson Tyler Hernandez; and his friend Larry Cowell of Charleroi. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
