With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kelly Owens in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2021 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Gary W. Hughes and Laura Hughes (Dobiak) of Forward Twp; her daughters, Ryleigh and Ashlyn Kicielinski of Forward Twp; her brother Bryan Owens of Forward Twp; and her fiancé Mark Carvelli of Belle Vernon. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
