She is survived by: her husband Mathew Collins, Sr.; her children, Michael Collins, Sr. of California, Mathew Collins, Jr. of Monongahela and Evonne Henderson (Eric) of Charleroi; and her grandchildren, Braden, Carter Collins, Leena and Ava Henderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
